Today i went back sp… want to settle the ”house” thing with a ”new” housemate…
B4 tat me n my another hsmate+coursemate tot tat v r very hard to communicate with this ”new” hsmate becoz always cant contact her and there are lots of misunderstand.
But, after we met, then v knw tat, she oso got misunderstand towards us… HOW COME? then we discussed…. FINALLY.. we knw where the problems come from… ITS FROM the SUPER BIG LIAR- our HOUSE OWNER!!!!
This fussy guy oledi lied to us few times b4.. he already coz ust to lose 4 nice nice hsmates… now got ”new” hsmates coming dy, he somemore wan to do so many bad things!!!
Jz relax n c, hw many lies have he made towards our ”new” hsmate:

1) he told her tat- me n my coursemate dun wan rent the hs dy, asked her find other ppl, bt in fact, we 2 still wan the rooms as we dun hv any time to find another room..
2) he told her tat he wanted to rent the house for RM700, but she said expensive, after some negotiation, the price become RM530, but when they wan to sign contract, the liar stated in the contract said RM 700. if my new hsmate din read it carefully, u think wat is the consequences????
3) besides the price, inside the contract, he oso stated the date as 31DEC2006 till 31JULY2007… this is nt even a year!! wat he promised is one year, the date should be 31DEC2006 till 31DEC2007… if the price u said is a mistake, then hw bout the date? oso a mistake, wahh.. hw come u have so much of mistakes in ur contract n all the mistakes will jz bring u advantages???!!!
4) he told her tat this house is fully furnished… this one really ask him got jiak sai… inside dun hv anything, bed? NO! wardrobe? NO! water heater? NO! sofa? NO! tv? NO! fridge? NO! washing machine? NO! lolz…. i wonder whether he understand wat is the meaning of furnished or nt? i think he nt understand, may be he tot tat the ”fan”, ”light” n one small table with few plastic chairs are already considered as fully furnished…!! lolz…
5) he told her tat me n my coursemate spoiled his shower tap n coz the toilet to stuck! WAHLAO.. this one i feel like killing him… we only rent for 4 months, hw can we spoil ur shower tap (?? i dunno hw to spoiled a shower tap, anybody knw?) n stuck ur toilet? u think we r dinosaurs ah or elephants huh? got so much of ”waste” need to release until ur toilet get stuck ah? i think he sth wrong… after all, his main point is, he is so nice, every time come n repair for us n never ask for $$…wat the hell, tell lie without eyes blinking..
6) he told her tat last 4 months we paid him by bank in to his account, but the truth is every time when reach 1st of the month, he will appear in our hs n asked for rental!
7) he told her tat he dun hv our hp number, n refused to give her me n my hsmate hp number, this is becoz he dun wan us to meet!!!
the new hsmate keep asking him to bring her to c the house, but he always refused by saying tat he very busy lah, wat lah, somemore, he said, he dun hv the keys!!! the truth is, he is having all the keys INCLUDED our ROOM KEYS!!!! b4 tat he said he din keep, bt got once, when i back penang, my coursemate stayed there, she saw he used key to unlock my room door n enter my room… jz imagine, hw safe we r, to stay in this liar hs…
9) the new hsmate asked him to fix telephone line (only the telephone line k) as she wan to fix streamyx, then he said ok, after tat, he called her n said, cannot, he cant fix for us becoz tat cost him around rm300- rm400… my new hsmate tot this is true n din argue with him anymore, but after check in telekom, its only cost around rm135 total all…
10) he told her he is single n dun hv girlfren, but everytime when he came for rental, he brought his gf together… wat he want?? so hard to understand =.=

Sigh… so tired to count his lies… actually still got a lot… i m lazy to write anymore n i blif that 10 of this are already enuf to illustrate him, this liar… this type of guys are like shit, y i said so?
here –> the new hsmate said that when they go to mamak to discuss about the house thing, the guy ask her to pay for her own drink which is around RM1… n my new hsmate jz pay everything including his drink, n he never wan to pay her back…
i called this type of guy as TAK TAHU MALU!! want a student, somemore a girl to belanja u this GUY N WORKING PPL drinkS.. u knw hw to write the word MALU…
u love $$ so much, then jz keep all ur $$ n dun eat dun drink dun buy anything k! LIAR + MONEY FACE + MUKA TEMBOK… so unlucky to meet u this so called ”house owner”…
